Nuclear Fallout Map, hitting west coast-U.S.-- FALSE MAP

Can anyone confirm or dispute this?  Perhaps readers can forward to someone in NOAA or someone in weather at ERAU for map of weather, wind patterns, etc. to give a synopsis of possible scenario. Thank you readers.  NOTE: For informational purposes only.  We cannot confirm or deny the actual effects of fallout.  The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, EPA or other governmental agencies may have more info regarding this situation.
FALSE MOST LIKELY:  According to some of our reader population, here's some clarification on the accuracy of the Nuclear Fallout Map below:
"The meltdown would have to involve a major explosion in the kilotons to eject a number of particles sufficient to affect us this far downwind. All indications are that the meltdown is only having local health effects.
